Clear Spring Farm is home to Royal and Trim Tibetan Yak. Yak produce fiber (wool) that is very luxurious & considered exotic. It has similar qualities like cashmere. Ground yak meat, steaks & roasts available until sold out. Yak meat is a nutritious and delicious meat that is low in fat and high in protein and flavor.

Four Seasons Farm Market’s roadside market near Red Wing features pick your own and just-picked berries, summer veggies, 12 varieties of apples (including Honeycrisp), pumpkins and autumn produce, honey, flowers and more. Their CSA program brings the farmers market to your door or you may pick up your weekly selection at the farm.
