ADA-accessible gravel paths meander to soaring views of the Mississippi River and Lake Pepin. Accessible stone picnic tables, benches, and restrooms sit throughout the park, and kiosks share history of the park, river, and surrounding neighborhoods. Don’t miss the Upper Quarry with an accessible pavilion and Lower Quarry with two accessible nature trails.
Ever-changing views of “the sharpest turn in the Mississippi” make the Bay Point loop a favorite. Multiple benches provide places to take in scenes of riverboats, barges, Barn Bluff, and the historic boathouses.
Park in the front parking lot to visit the gorgeous, accessible Discovery Garden with its array of sights and scents before enjoying this route along the Mississippi River. Once on the path, you'll roll past the water before curving under a canopy of trees and winding back along the south side of the park along the marina.
